1. Service Booking & Feasibility Surveys
Site feasibility survey fees and hydrogeological resistivity survey advance payments cover deployed engineering personnel, testing equipment logistics, and site mobilization costs. Cancellations made prior to engineer site dispatch are eligible for full refund or rescheduling.
2. Equipment Orders & Manufacturing
Standard stock equipment (Rainy FL-80 to FL-500 filters, standard flowmeters) may be modified or cancelled prior to dispatch. Custom-engineered turnkey plants (STP, ETP, Industrial RO, custom diameter flowmeters) are manufactured per client-specific specifications and subject to formal purchase agreement terms.
3. Warranty & Defect Replacement
All manufactured products carry standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Any component found defective during the warranty period will be promptly inspected, serviced, or replaced by our engineering team.
