1. Engineering Estimates & Calculations

Calculations generated via our online Rainwater Harvesting Calculator are indicative estimates based on regional meteorological averages and standard run-off coefficients. Final sizing and structural design are confirmed following a physical site survey by our hydrogeological engineering team.

2. Equipment Supply & Installation

All supply orders for Rainy Dual Intensity filters, Electromagnetic Flowmeters, IoT Telemetry Gateways, and DWLR Piezometers are subject to written purchase orders and agreed delivery schedules.

3. CGWA Compliance Clearances

While Allegiance Water provides comprehensive hydrogeological surveys, DPR documentation, and compliant equipment installation, statutory NOC grants remain under the sovereign jurisdiction of the Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) and State Ground Water Authorities.

4. Jurisdiction

All legal agreements and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
